Return Policy

We offer replacements of candles or other products damaged during shipping. Within 48 hours of receipt, simply send images of your damaged candle(s) or items to hello@saisondunord.com, along with your name and address, and we'll send a replacement. Otherwise, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on candles at this time.
